Collect a sample
(Page under construction)
Sampling can be done in any manner of ways, and will vary depending on the experiment and the type of data one wishes to collect. The segmentation protocols can be implemented to find objects in dilute, un-concentrated sample, such as when used as an in-situ monitoring device. Assessment of concentrated plankton tows, or cultures, is also possible through the selection of flow cells compatible to maintain an optimal depth of field, and optional filtration to reduce clogging.
